while having a meal, have a gulp of water after each bite/munch...it would make you feel full..

drink plenty of water...
chew your food slowly.. ( eventually, mwala imong gana eat) hehehe
- Maintain one cup of rice per meal. Even after you eat you still feel hungry, just imagine that you're really full, discipline yourself. Then keep doing this until it would just be spontaneous in the future.
- Lessen pork, and fatty foods.

discipline ra gyud na ang diet ug sensible eating habits. i don't starve myself for foods that i crave but i do limit my intake for those. most often, i avoid fatty foods ug kanang skin sa chicken ug lechon, softdrinks and large intake of sweets.
