- Excellent SPOKEN and WRITTEN English Communication Skills
- Excellent Listening Skills
- Reliable, Honest, and possessing a strong work ethic
- Must be willing to work night shift
- Must be Adaptable to Changing Priorities and Work Demands
- Must be a Team Player, have good interpersonal skills, and thrives under pressure
- Call Center experience is an advantage, but not required
