Companies that offer this kind of insurance are Maxicare, Intelicare, EA, Asianlife, Fortune Care,Philam Care, Caritas Health Shield, and others nga naay care lines, apil naman pud gani ang Kaino's Health. But for individual health provider...ang akong nahibaw-an is Fortune Care, philam care and Caritas pa lang...I dont knw sa uban kay usually ang maxicare are corporate man ilang gi handle like kanang mga call centers...but usually upon applying a health care insurance u need to fill out an application form, usually its like this

ang premium is based usually sa imong age.

murag mahal ra ba jud basta mga medical insurance bai...but at least kung naa ka ani, you dont have to worry if mahospital ka. kay kita gud mga pinoy daginotan man gud kau in terms to insurance, samtang mau pa ang lawas we think we dont need any insurance but kung magkasakit na gani....ulahi na ang pagmahay...

Maxicare ug Intellicare kay mo offer ug individual short term health care. Then ang Kaiser International is mo offer ug Individual Long Term Health Care.

Just a few details lang..

ang short term na healthcare, covered ka as long as your paying the premium.. as you stop paying, wala nakay coverage and the coverage is only until you are at age 60.

For long term healthcare, this is a healthcare savings program na you will need to save for a certain period of time (5 years) and you will be covered with heathcare benifits, then your savings will be invested and once matured, you will have savings for your health. So you are covered for the rest of your life with your own savings.

Caritas Health Sheild. i've got one. it's good.

it includes dental care, which most doesn't have.
