What to accomplish when planning a wedding?

Guyz, can anyone share how to plan a wedding here in the Philippines, particularly in Cebu ?
From documentation and legal papers to the chruch and to the reception and lastly Honeymoon ? Just for the benifit of the readers and my elder cousin who is planning to wed his fiance'.

i remember that the first thing i did was secured all documents needed like CENOMAR from the NSO, bann from our parish, baptismal, confirmation (i can't recall the rest)
next was the venue (church & reception)
attended seminar at city health and secured marriage license
attended Pre-cana seminar

all the rest fell in to place.

make sure that the chosen restaurant and church is available on the same day.

thanks for the initial inputs guyz....also, another thing...if you have a wedding coordinator...and you want only the legas stuff handled, pwede ba na cya...then , maybe the rest of the familair stuff like reception and church, you might take care of it personaly. Or part na sa package ? or maay kung apil pud na sa work sa wedding coordinator ? Hope naay maka comment on this.
