the best flame-grilled burgers i've had in the philippines! their first shop was just around the block where i used to work.

they have good meat and i think the flavor came from how the cooked it, over hot lava coals,, of course... hehehe. too bad they change their hot sauce brand, ganahan ko sa hot sauce before (cost cutting siguro), it does complement well with their burgers.. .. i like their french fries but i haven't tasted the pastas.. peroooo i cant get over with flame it burgers! it's like... almost im in love with it!

I like Flame It burgers too. It is only here where you can have your burgers done medium rare or well.
Plus their bottled Jalapeno sauce. I am a hardy eater so 2 half-pounders with cheese plus some topings like chili con carne will just be about enough.

But usually I prepare my own burger at home. With all the garnishing that comes to my mind and for as long as the ref has them fresh.

Overall, I like burgers --- this is the only junkie I allow in my system.
