I made this thread somehow to inspire other people who would get an idea but never thought about it that it could be done , thats how good it would be or plain jane something different and out of this world experience on foods we normally encounter everyday .
BTW .... this is not for the weight conscious individuals but there are alternatives to it .
Here are some list I made I normally would do specially on homecooking , others can also share .
1. HAMBURGERS , I am sick and tired of the typical cheese , tomatoes and lettuce set-up so I leveled it up :
- 1/4 lb real beef pattie
- 1 whole grilled shitake mushroom
- mayonaise and mustard mixture as dressing
- shredded iceberg lettuce
- deep fried breaded onion rings
- 1 thinly sliced salad tomtato
- 1 pepperjack cheese
2. PIZZA , I am sick and tired of the typical pepperoni , green pepper , onion , mushroom and mozarella cheese etc set-up so I came up with something different and could be weird toppings for others .
- white sauce with heavy garlic essence
- jalapeno's
- anchovies
- sauteed garlic
- chicken strips
- capers
3. FRENCH FRIES , the boring and bland taste or too salty of frozen fries just doesnt cut it . Here's mine :
- fresh Idaho potatoes
- cut into shoestring strips with skin on
- deep fried till golden brown
- season it with " Lawry's "
- dip is mixture of mayonaise , sugar and tabasco sauce
