i agree with regina. walay shorcut. i tried to do the short route but i failed. 15 lbs? i say 2 months is safe and realistic.
this is possible without jeopardizing ur health. I saw in The Ultimate Fighter tv series, forgot the name of the guy, he was overweight in his category, and with in 3 days he must lose 20 pounds.
he actually did it, he was in the sauna riding a bike nga stationed. he was a bit dehydrated, but he made the weight. but it was unbelievable, 20lbs in 3 days.
i recommend, Dietary Protein drinks like Optimum Nutrition, Eat boiled chicken breast, eggwhite, taste like water, but hey, if you wana lose weight then its a good diet. just cut it to tiny pieces para dika mu suka.
just watch what you eat, no chicken skin, no fatty foods, more fruts and veggies, dont drink cold drinks after meal instead init2x na tubig,. Exercise gyud
bro.. dli lng ka mag dali2x og pa reduce.. and mahimo dli ka mo take og mga synthetics or unsa pa na nga pampa reduce.. me bro.. nakakita ko sa result 3 months.. from 220 lbs. down to 170 lbs... control lng ka sa carbo, if possible no soft/hard drinks.. dn exercise...kay ikaw ra mn ghapon ang ma happy sa result...
