Should have:

1 kitchen (room with door, not open kitchen...)
1 big Sala
1 maids quarter
Garage
All rooms with hot/cold water, shower or bath, toilet
Backyard / Garden (fenced).

Floor area should be at least 200sqm.

Prefered place:
Maria Luisa Park (thats where I live now) or similar villages, in Banilad Area

Can you post some more details like square meters, how many rooms etc., and maybe a simple sketch of the house layout?
I have big guard dogs, so it would need a backyard, fenced too.
