I wondering if anyone here has heard, read, if not played minimally multiplayer online tabletop role-playing games (RPGs)? Also known as "text-based" RPGs, these games usually take the following forms: Play by E-mail (PbE-m), Play by Chat (PbC) or Play by (Forum or Message Board) Post (PbP). I myself haven't played these kinds of games, only observed these. However, I have gamemastered a few "offline" tabletop RPGs-- the kind that uses weird-looking dice with numbers of sides lesser or more than six (those who play Magic the Gathering and other collectible or trading card games may be aware of what kinds of dice I'm talking about here)--under the Chaosium Third Edition RuneQuest rules and the Mongoose RuneQuest rules.
I really like to run an mMOTRPG with a maximum of two players for starters. I got some really old fantasy "adventure scenarios" (to borrow terminology from the mother and most popular of all tabletop RPGs, Dungeons & Dragons) that I haven't run before.
Thank you, even for just reading.
