Inquiry on Legal Action

Hi to all,

It's been almost 60 days and my last pay has not been given to me as of yet. This includes about 7-8 days of salary plus 13th month (not full of course).

I've tried emailing the HR and my old boss, but alas haven't gotten a reply as of yet. Other forms of follow ups that I've done include posting status messages in my ym account and chatting the hr and accounting employees.

What I don't get is that I stayed 30 days after my resignation to turn-over and process my clearance, and after those 30 days, I got cleared. And after my chats with accounting, they said that everything was already prepared, and only awaited my old boss' signature. Now my old boss is not signing the check because he said that I failed to turn-over my tasks fully, (which I think is unfair because in those 30 days, instead of allocating the time for concentrated turn-over, I was assigned to finish a project which I had no experience on, and did the turn-over at the same time).

Can anyone give me advice on what to do or what form of legal action I can take?
