bro no surf here in cebu but it might happen for some freak of nature. if there's a passing typhoon and ur in the ryt spot and the ryt time I'm pretty sure you'll catch a wave or two. I heard in Balamban where they make the big ships down the shipyard, once the put those ships in the water it creates a shoulder high wave big enough to surf.

hehehe so you gotta wait for typhoons to go for a surf there ha? its because cebu is sorrounded by other islands and therefore wont get hit by big swells.
