Are online job application sites -- like MyNimo perhaps -- really effective?

Do companies really read those applications online?

Are those applications sent online really reach the company's mailbox or does it just end up as SPAM or go unnoticed perhaps or perhaps being sent to an email that does not exist after all or an email that the HR department doesn't even bother to check?

Also, can you guys help me in applying jobs online? Some companies are asking for copies of TOR, SSS, NBI Clearance and then they want you to apply online.

How do you send your TOR, SSS, NBI online? Type them manually??


All of my job applications through MYNIMO consist only of an application letter and an uploaded resume. There are some companies being advertised there that requires one to submit TOR, SSS, NBI, etc..

Don't send TOR, SSS, NBI online online oe! .. Wala ka kibaw kinsa maka kita ana.. public bya na ha.. and private na imong mga documents.. ma identity fraud ka ana or worse.. or if dili ka dawaton, e print nya labay imong papers and somebody could end up seeing them! ..

di accurate usahay...unya di pa jud updated ang job postings.... but I noticed that it's more effective for bigger companies kay mas active ila hiring

usually kani nga requirements (TOR, SSS, NBI Clearance) pangayoon nila inig ma dawat na ka. sakto ang suggestion ni xidor never include those kind of info online... just resume and application letter lng ang i send...
