I need your help istoryans...I am wanting to upgrade my PC rig...well my pc rig is just an old set...and I want to choose from...
-INTEL CORE 2 QUAD or AMD PHENOM
-NVIDIA or ATI (WHAT BRAND TO CHOOSE)
-MOTHERBOARD (SPECIFIC MODEL)
-MEMORY (DDR2/3-HOW FAST AND WHAT BRAND)
-HARD DISK WHAT BRAND
-MONITOR(WHAT BRAND AND SPECIFIC MODEL)

i only have a 30-40k budget for the set...is this possible....? i want a gamers RIG...

and if possible the practical brands and prices for today's prices...
