To Travel Addicts Here: Where Should I Bring Her?

OK heres the story: My gf is graduating next year, I plan to take her somewhere as a graduation gift. She NEVER rode a plane ever(please dont laugh since I know most of you rode it millions of times na), nor she ever been outside Visayas. So I really wanna make this special for her. My budget is around 70k.

As of what we want, pretty much anything, from shopping to great views.

Heres my options(do add if you got any suggestions):

1. Manila/Subic/etc.(anywhere accessible from Manila) - if here, around 1 week more or less. Well be staying at my uncle's house, and we will go to Enchanted, Subic, Baguio. Its cheaper(plus free accomodation), so we can stay longer and spend more for shopping(yes shopping means a lot to her, esp. shoes!).

2. Hong Kong - never been there myself, so its pretty cool if we go there together with no idea how its like. Of course it means expensive tickets/accomodations, thus less for shopping, and less days.

3. Boracay - never been there too, though its not the top of our priority. Lots of beaches here in Cebu anyway, plus were not really into it(I cant swim, she hates being under the sun). The hype is quite interesting though.

4. Open to your suggestion...

So which is the best option? Remember, budget is only 70k, including air fare. BIG THANKS!!!

i suggest you go to hongkong (daghan mo ma suroy didto) ang city,ocean park and hongkong disneyland PLUS mag MACAU day tour mo.. duul raman..para mas maka save ka, try to avail the cebu pacific na promos.. 70k budget for hongkong-macau is biiiig enuf na..

i thought of suggesting el nido para romantic but given your love for shopping and you and your gf not being fond of the beach I'll have to say go to Hong Kong. Been there and the place is one giant shopping mall. Para makabarato mo sa shopping try out their night markets. There are so many great sights to see there and nindot jud sya kung naa ka kuyog labi na imo gf. Don't worry if first timer mo, it was my first time also when I went there. Maayo kaayo nila pagkapromote ang tourism didto, there are free maps all over and it includes instructions unsaon nimo pag adto sa ilang mga tourist spots, like what bus to ride etc, etc. 70K is more than enough, para mas makabarato look around travel agencies coz they offer tour packages. Adto mo Disney and sakto si snussy do a side trip to Macau. And the most important thing of all, have fun and enjoy and take a lot of photos
