    Sis, why can't we contact you? Why aren't you in the office and why aren't you online anymore? This is our last resort of getting to you our request. You've been promising us that everything is okay already and we are asking you nicely for the last time to please DO fix things.

    Our trip is already this Monday but according to your HK contact, the money has not been remitted to them, hence our accommodations and tour haven't been arranged. Since April pa fully paid namo ang bills and we're wondering how this could have happened.

    Mam Lorena, di lalim mangita ug money. Four months na jud mi nag-wait and four months na ni giplano na trip. We've been more than reasonable with your delays. Please take the necessary action to confirm our trip. We are counting on your goodness nalang jud since you have not kept your word several times within the four months that we spent waiting (in vain) for the promised confirmation.

    Very, very frustrated here. Himo 2x ra diay tong voucher ma'am kay none of the HK contacts would really confirm the tour. It's really hard to stay nice when we're pushed against a wall. We feel really stupid for believing the positive reviews you got here when we should have also checked out the negative side. Talking with other Istoryans who did not post their negative experience, we feel that our situation today is not a random occurrence. All the same, we implore on your goodness to fix the problem. Please lang jud, ma'am.

    OT: We will pray for the best, since honestly, we don't know what to feel anymore. The same line jud every time we follow up (Today na jud... Tonight na jud... Naa koy meeting... Printing nalang... 11 a.m... by 2 p.m... For a while lang... tomorrow nalang... Friday nalang... Saturday nalang... Monday nalang...) You get the pattern. All empty promises.

    TS and 4 winds travel and tours, if you're reading this, I hope you will take the time to really keep your final promise. Final na nang Monday kay it's going to be suicide for us if you don't do as you said. (FYI: Our flight is also on Monday. Please don't tell us again that you were so busy that you forgot).

    Remember, we paid on the same day that you gave us a quote for the package. We were expecting a much better service than this.

    i have a funny feeling that they used the money that was meant to be for the tour and accomodation booking in to their other business or personal needs. Mao na nga dili na sila kahatag sa travel voucher ky wala na nila na-book ang hotel, sis. Nagkaboang pa siguro na sila ug pangita ug kwarta para itapal atong among gibayad nila.

    By the way, found some negative feedbacks about this travel agency "kuno" and this certain agent, lorena. Mao jud siguro ni ilang style/modus. Dugayan kaayo to the point nga ang ila na nuon clients ang makabayad sa hotel abroad. Check the comments on these links:

    I'm appealing to Istoryans to let us settle this problem.Honestly we have problem with our other tour suppliers and partners that's why my wife has to travel herself to settle this problem.I can assure the clients that we will not run with your money.Though we have to sacrificed our personal savings to cope up with the discrepancies and to accommodate our pending clients,rest assured we did not spent your money for our personal purposes.

    Again,we cannot explain everything here in the forum so please let us settle this in proper way.There are also istoryans who avail the packages and until now they were not able to pay their accounts but we have withheld their names to protect them.

    Bro, you seem like an honest person.

    My problem has to do with your wife Lorena. I hope she will find time to respond to my mails and to my refund request because she's been ignoring me for quite a while already. We know that she's invisible and she just chose to ignore our messages.

    I'm paying $80 an hour just to access the internet from here. She's been promising us that everything is okay, but the opposite is true. We have to stretch our budget, because of her empty, unkept promises. We're counting on you to remind her to give us back the money ASAP. We will only consider the matter resolved when we hear from her and when we get the full on-the-spot cash refund of our hard-earned US dollars.

    I am glad to find you still accessing the forums. We have had sleepless nights wondering where your wife went and where she is right now. The silence gives us the creeps. If your wife wants to settle the matter "the proper way" (as you put it), we implore on you to have her e-mail us with a full explanation of the mess, the package tour which never materialized, and information on how to get the payment back.
