my husband works at NCR... he's a team lead there... and so far, daghan baya sila ug mga improvements... he started as a tester, then developer then team lead na karon... my husband actually says nga nagtika-daghan na ang ilang mga benefits... he's been with NCR for 3 years na. and he's been very patient and hard-working... i'm not saying nga wala cya reklamo pero at least maka-sulti cya nga naa nay mga improvements sa compensation and management...
Well this is good. Pero naa sd lagi uban bati og feedback such as bati ang HR. Pero dako jd ni nga company nya ingon sila nga nindot ni sauna pero karon morag dli na...glang mo try lng nya ko og apply para ako jd maka sulti kng unsa jd kalaki ni nga company(assuming nga madawat. lol)
my husband used to work there as a programmer (i was a tester). well, sa iya nga side, there were a lot of times nga wala kaayo siya ginabuhat. I often passed by his cubicle dati, since my workspace was on the lab, and makita nako siya just doing nothing, or online trainings ba dira sa NCRU.
about salary, ambot lang pud. 'coz when we were still working there, NCR is one of the R&D companies nga low-paying. My husband's a programmer, I'm a tester, and yet, dili kaayo layo among salary. good thing lang mas dako ang percentage sa ilang increase kesa sa among team. pero gamay japon.
sa benefits, that's one good thing didto. a lot of married employees or employees who are heads of the family stay there because of the company's great benefits.
about sa kanindot sa company as a whole, kung sauna, dili jud ko makaingon nga nindut jud siya. but if you're someone who doesn't get easily affected by your environment, i mean, kanang mutrabaho ra ka maski daghan ka madunggan nga negative feedback or politics ba dira sa company, then it's okay for you to work there. Pero kung ikaw, paapekto ka dayon, makadungog lang ka ug lain about sa uban employees or sa admin, then you'd better not apply there, or kung diha ka na nagtrabaho, you'd better quit na lang.
but anyway, there's no perfect company. naa jud na flaws. so NCR is just a typical company.
