Can anyone suggest a good recovery tool for InnoDB?

Prevention is better than cure.
Backup is the best protection against data corruption.

And innodb is pretty much stable and has internal error recovery.
But if it is really corrupted try Data Recovery Toolkit for Innodb

Thanks cold fusion, I definitely agree about the back up method, I do daily back up in the server side but in the POS side somebody else handles the back-up, sometimes the IT personnel is not around to do the back-up, the next day windows boot up with a scan disk and part of transaction was damaged. Anyway I'm almost done with my recovery program since every POS has an electronic journal (text format of a receipt). So I need to recover the table in order to re-write the sales transaction. Right now I cannot even drop the table.

I forgot to mention about the platform. Is there a windows version of the recovery tool?
