hi gwapu, you can try either of the two, WILLIAMS flexion exercise or MC KENZIE extension exercises, whichever alleviates your pain works best for you! You can research these exercises.
I had low back pain sad, went to the doctor, got an MRI and alas! found out I had a herniated disc in the sacro-lumbar area or commonly referred to as slip disc...While this was an old injury some 10 years back, it did not help that I ballooned to almost 250 lbs and I am just 5'4" way too much weight for my back...the doc's advice: lose weight! I did some research and with walking, weights, watching what I eat and will power(4W's), I have so far lost 16 pounds in the past 3 weeks and helped a lot in reducing my back pain, in fact I cant almost feel the pain anymore
I am now suffering from back pain. I am attending PT dyan sa cybergate. Pain is come and go. Mukhang diet din ang need nako
exercise and sit ups can help. but maybe check on your diet coz there are some food that can worsen joint pain or bad for your muscles
for me, squats (di lang nako butangan og weights ang bar) then dapat proper form, maka-relieve sa akong lower back pain...
