LF: Full-Time .NET Developer for 2-3 months project

We are an Australian-based company looking for a .NET developer in Cebu to work remotely at home for 2-3 months on a project.

The individual must:
1. Have a solid experience and knowledge in VB.Net and C#.Net with sample projects to show and prove.
2. Have at least 2 years of professional software development experience.
3. Be a "NO EXCUSE" person and is CAPABLE to deliver on or before deadlines.
4. Have strong work ethics and be committed with the project.
5. Commit at least 40 hours of high productivity per week
6. Have his own PC and DSL connection
7. Have YM for primary mode of communication.
8. Meet with a local Project Manager in Cebu at least 3x a week.
9. Be able to commit FULL-TIME for this project

What is the job about?
A software conversion from VB to .NET either C#.Net or VB.Net.

***But skills should not be limited from there.

The benefits will include:
1. Possibility of earning at least P12,000-15,000 per week with bonuses for on-time milestone deliveries
2. An extra P10,000 bonus if the project will be completed on-time and in-budget.

hmm wala pako exp sa mga .net or vb.. pero if mo apply ka ani. wala ba training.. bisag basic.. hahah para mo apply ko dali raman programmer.. kung naa lang training..
