Siguro, ang mga facilities, level of competence and the standard of the school.

kung nationwide ang istoryahan ug all around courses nga ma top (except maritime educ.)...

maputi ang uwak kung ma top 1 sa whole phil kung naay Cebu School ang masulod sa best uni. school..

mkita man sa Prc, UP mana mag una hangtod karon, bsag Ateneo akong skul, lisod lupigon ang UP,

kanang USC, USJR, etc or kanang uban nga biased ky dha sila nag skul, dream on.. peace...
