need advise re this educational plan

hi, i need your advise/opinion if this is good or better offer or not.

I have a proposal from a cooperative that offers educ plan to its members. premium is 2280 pesos a month for 5 years. My child is 6 years old (this year).
When the child reaches 1st year college, he will be receiving 24,000 pesos per sem. This will be good up to his 4th year. And, per summer, the coop will give 12,000 pesos.

Computation -

2280/month for 5 years = 136,800 pesos

Face amount (After 10 years since my child would be 16) -

24,000 per sem x 8 (since 2 sems per year for 4 years) + 3 x 12000 ( 3 summers) = 228,000.
