gaining weight VS losing weight, doesnt matter what knd of exercise...
Standing Cable Curls VS Barbell Curls... these exercises are different... no way you are going to compare them like "which ones is better"... Barbell Curls = Compound, more like using every part of the bicep (overall mass)... Standing Cable Curls (there are a lot of ways to use cable machine with biceps) can be an alternative to standing dumbbell curls, hitting a bit more on the peak of the bicep...
depends which part of the biceps you want to hit.. if its the outer head or the inner head... if you want to hit the outer head i advise u use a dumbell so that u can tweek your arm outward and you can really feel the pump
barbell curls for me...
