2. Must be willing to play anime OSTs
3. Must be willing to play Japanese
4. Must be very skilled
5. Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage but not a primary requirement
6. Must be willing to cosplay
7. Must be open-minded
8. Must be willing to shell out money for studio practices
9. Must have experience in playing onstage (although this is debatable)
10. Must be able to give efforts for a starting band
