depende man na nimo sa imo goal sa imo lawas ug sa imo program. for starters start gyud ka sa kaya nimo kay useless man imo exercise kun dili sakto imo counting and most important gyud ang imong pag perform..... Let's say start ka ug 10 lbson each side, for your bench press, ang importante with the twenty pounds kaya nimo ang counting sa imo program. Molokai, unsa man diay imo goal sa imo pag-gym? weight gaining? slimming?weight training? build ka ug muscles? are you a starter on this?maayo gyud nga naa ka personal trainer nimo para masulltian ka sa basic.

deadlift - around 330+lbs... 1 rep max
Squats - 315lbs... 1RM
weight computed with Standard Olympic Bar (45lbs)...
right now, i'm on a diet (bodyweight around 150lbs, using double beam thing).. i lift heavy (for me) but not as heavy when i'm @ "off-season" mode.. hehe... pang summer lang ni hehehe....
