    akong pc di mo proper shutdown labi na kung magdugay nag on - inig ingon og windows is shutting down.. - mo hang na

    try to lower down the value of waittokillservice (default = 20000) timeout in the registry, also clear your startup items, chances are; one of these programs are causing windows to lockup during shutdown.
