* Room monthly rate is 4,000 per room and is good for 2 pax. That means, it is P 2,000 per person. The rooms are so spacious and there is a common area that already has TV, DVD, and other appliances for your convenience and use..

Free Water. For Electricity, you'll have your own meter. Electricity is usually an average of P100 per room as what lodgers have paid recently.

Since I'm just doing this for the owners, I suggest you call them coz their mind changes every now and then and I'm not updated about it immediately. Btw, they only accept ladies kay it's also for the welfare of the female students renting the rooms.

* Each room can accommodate 2 people but it's very spacious. It can even fit 3-3 pax. Bathroom is also new and has 2 shower cubicles and 2 toilet cubicles.

* Each room already has 2 brand new beds with mattresses and it also has a spacious cabinet and multi-purpose table.

Actually you are situated on the second floor of the owner's home. So hayahay jud didto. It's cheaper than most coz my in-laws wanted to target Cebu Doc Students but okay ra sa ila ang call center agents. They have just ventured into this rental biz so that's why the rooms are cheaper than most. Wala pa cguro kaau cla alam sa usual room rates kay they have just retired and just wanted to earn extra income for a space nga wala gigamit. It's actually very nice kay newly painted and altho common ang bathroom but by 4 cubicles in total ( 2 for toilet and 2 for shower rooms). Newly built bathroom jud ni with tiles and shower. Dili mo magmahay.

Naa moy inyong meter for the electricity kay especially for those who wants to have aircon in their rooms. Barato ra jud cya then you can cook there. They are still renovating the kitchen cguro ron but they are accepting interested individuals to check the place. Pwede man cguro lalake kay wala man specifications. So I bet, depende ra jud sa sabot ninyo. Just try calling them for viewing and negotiations.
