try LEMON GRASS in ayala. I've tried that place in crossroads (forgot the name too) Lami rasad cya.
ako sad nahan sad vietnamese food....with french influence man gud na ila cuisine...lami sad...
the one in crossroads is alright....not authentic vietnamese food tho, mostly thai...it only seems vietnamese becos of the name..
Even Thai restaurants in cebu is not to be considered authentic...I've tried Krua Thai but found out that their pad thai is not as good as the
pad thai's i've tried in Lexington.
OT : Nothing is AUTHENTIC as long as the cook is not AUTHENTIC . Ive tried a lot of CHINESE RESTAURANTS but in fairness lami ang uban but the issue of the AUTHENTICITY of the food is far from the real thing kay ang cook is an African American lolz ! Same sa PHO HOA diri duol sa balay ... the cook is a FIlipino .
