ESET's NOD32, hands down. I've been using it for over a year and so far wala ko nagkaproblema ani. Daghan na sad ug nindot na reviews ani.

EDIT: I just realized you asked for an anti-spyware, not an anti-virus. My bad. Well anyway, Webroot Spy Sweeper is the best for me.

Spybot S&D works well on my end, I've heard about threat fire but i havent used it personally

I used that for almost a year until I found Spy Sweeper. ST could only find 1 threat; SS found 20.
