    how about this

    *******************************************

I have a Web server running MS 2003 Server with FTP/SSL and SQL Server.

The project goals are to setup a user friendly front end on the web server that will allow users to

exchange folders from their local pc through the FTP server. The server would

handle the exchange in a secure manner while tracking and recording all transactions.

Here is an example of how this might go

The sender starts Internet Explorer and goes to the FTP website.

He indicates whether he is a member or non member.

If he is a member then he will have a login id and password.

If not a member he will be taken to a window where he will be charged by credit card for the

service before he may proceed. After payment is successful he will be automaticly logged in

and continue as a member would but only for one upload or download.

A member will login and select a folder on his local machine to transfer as well as the recipients name

from a drop down list..He will then agree to a HIPAA statement and then continue.

He will then click ok and wait for an acknowledgement that the transfer was complete.

Once the transfer completes, an email will then be sent to the recipient and the FTP administrator

that the folder is available for download.

If after 24 hours have gone by, and the folder is not downloaded, then another email will be sent and this will

continue every 24 hours until the download completes. The subject line on the email should indicate

that it is the second third fourth attempt etc. After 30 days the folder will be removed from server.

Around 15 Days the tone of the email should change indicating that only 15 more days remain

until the server will remove the folder.

Note, the email acknowledgement will contain a link for the recipient to click on to start the download process.

Would like an estimate of time for coding scripts with comments

and also a flowcharts of the scripts
