From this 5 level proposed building, 3 levels will be for parking area, and the upper two levels for shops and a very big entertainment center (the biggest outside the SM Mall of Asia in Manila)..

The annex will feature more shops, restaurants, a three-level parking space and possibly the biggest entertainment center among SM malls in the country, excluding the Mall of Asia, said Tuvilla.

She said the annex will provide more convenience for customers as they can park there and directly enter the SM department store and theaters.

Bitaw sa.. By the way, I a forumer (from another forum) who has a friend working at Cebu Holdings Inc. said that Ayala's plans for the lagoon area would be to build more shops just like in Greenbelt. I wander how it would look like, murag sayang man ang lagoon gardens nila.. Hehehe.. Murag nag lumbaanay naman ni sila ug expand. hehehe

Anyway, this expansion of SM City is so big! It's as if they're constructing a new mall. At first when I heard of the initial news yesterday, I thought that it would just be small annex building that would make SM City look like an L-shaped building after the expansion pero dili diay.

But at least, what's important is that they've devoted 3-levels of this annex building for a multi-level parking area. Kay murag ang parking space na jud ilang problem for the past few months..

Agreed bro, lain sad kung puros na shoebox type buildings ang itukod sa SRP.. Mas ganahan ko bai nga ang Ayala mu expand sa SRP. They have a plan man daw. I read it in an article.
