hi..
kinsay naay onkyo tx-sr604? naa unta kuy pangutana ini.. please...
bro, got an onkyo receiver, pero di sad ko kaayo sweto sa mga settings. what's your question? i'll try to see if kabalo ko, if not i'll refer you to my technician.
ang pag timpla lang bro ba. unsay settings nimu sa mga db sa imung speaker ug distance sa imung speaker.
unsa d.i imung gigamit nga speaker. ask lang ku..
Bro amo amplifier ONKYO. unsa man gusto nimo nga settings? magdepende mana sa imo tingog nga ganahan.
i'm using bose acoustimas 6 (with powered module), the center speaker - 7, front speakers - 7, rear (surround) speakers - 12, subwoofer - 12 (mode3).Originally Posted by nicholson_mb

Hi Bro, your best bet is to set the distance manually. Ayaw gamita auto program - pick up a tape measure and sukod gyud each speaker distance. But depende sa imo room ug speaker system, the delay and gain settings will be a bit more tricky. It also depends on the speakers you use. But since you use the big wharfdale it should sound good for stereo even w/ out the sub.
For Video, your best speaker should be the center channel as this will output about 90% of the signal in the movie. So get a really big one that matches the 604 - B&W would be good
For movie set center +2/5, Fronts at 0 or lower, rears L&R at +3/6. SUB SETTING DEPENDS ON MOVIE. If daghan action (war movies with lots of Bang) set a little higher. For movies with more dialog, rely on your center channel to produce good and easy to understand sound, labad sa ulo too much rumble from the sub.
Kung sa bedroom ni imo setting or sofa against the wall, get the bi-polar surrounds that mount on the side to rear - or get bose cubes and bounce them against the rear wall at an angle down to your ear position (murag billiards, hehehe). Speaker position and room acoustics most of the time are more important than the brand of the equipment. Put a rug close to your sub and have some curtains to make the surround more distinct.
Hope this helps.
bro kinsa naa baligya nga speakers? aw with box na diay.
