NEED HELP ! DirectX for AOE3

Need Help mga bros !!! After installing my Age of Empire 3 @ my PC, it requires a DirectX 9.0c but I only had the DirectX 9.0b. So I install the DirectX 9.0c but it DID NOT copy copy files to my system and say Finish. I checked my DxDianostic Tools it DID NOT update my DirectX9.0b .... I could not run the AOE3 !

Pls my bossing basig naa mo idea on intalls it manually or deleting the previous DIrectX or somehow ?

Maybe u need to upgrade your xp to sp2
