well, i noe naa bligya na instructional vcds ani. pero i doubt if there's any belly dancing skools here.
what if ako2x ra mag belly dance? effective b kaha? hehe

i dunno if nag.offer na ang mga gyms ana diri ... i tried that just recently sa vcd ra ... i use to do tae bo ...effective sad jud to kang billy blanks... but ambot kay g.la.ayan ko ato so karon am planning to shed some pounds off again ... i tried belly dancing since i love to dance man so doing this belly dancing won't seem boring for me coz interested man ko and at the same time enjoy ko

ka try ko sa kang andrea and regine's belly dancing vcd, okay pod nice mu.teach ang instructor BUT ang naka.irritate lang is that cge focus kang regine or andrea's butt, hips, unsa pana WHILE the instructor is teaching a new step and demonstrating at the same time so ikaw nga nag.sunod mag.libog jud ka..but dili sad d whole part sa vcd some part lang. after the work out namaol jud ako hips thigs legs abs especially the shoulders and arms...wa pa gani nako nahuman ang whole 2 routines ... lingaw cya .

i read sa internet mga reviews about belly dancing and na.a daghan naka.sulti nga they did lose weigt and ila waistline ni gamay jud daw... hmm we will see

also try carmen electra's stiptease workout Vol 1 < cute dance steps , nice music ... it's not that grabe nga pang.bar au dating sa dance it's really cute ... it will make u sweat sad and ma.maol for sure imo hips and buttocks ... it is a fun workout... next week vol. 5 napod kato hip-hop
