not a good experience for me at Tarra's Cafe & Resto guadalupe branch last night... it just made me mad... because they won't let me continue to use their internet connection. They said it's only for customers w/a min order of P200.. and my order? only P179 for just 2 cups of coffee!!! do u think i went there 2 drink their coffee? NO! Bo's & Starbucks could better serve it. If it's really a Mgt directive, then i think they better close the resto & open an internet cafe instead! They did not know what customer service is! well, I should know, Im in Sales & Mktg. I know that a sale, no matter how small it is, is still a sale after all. Will they lose money if a cust w/P179 order uses their internet connection? or are they just really choosing their customer since i was just wearing slippers then... we should not patronize these kind of restos...
