ngano diay na nga salida bro? ive been through general anesthesia twice..first when i was 19 years old, second when i was 23 years old.

waahaha ive been through general anasthesia at least 5 times na guro... but true ang side effects kana makalimot2x naka..

i've seen the movie....good story. as to anesthesia awareness, i think it happens. pero fortunately, wala na mahitabo sa akoa. but i did wake up in the middle of the operation, though. kay feel nako wala ko mag.ginhawa. then gipakatog dayon ko balik, and next thing i know, naa nako recovery room....

bitaw nice ang twist sa story...it was about anesthesia awareness or unintended intra-operative awareness, this occurs during general anesthesia, when a patient has not had enough general anesthetic or analgesic to prevent consciousness.

there are 2 states of consciousness daw that may be present:

* Awareness. When patients seem to be vigilant and cognizant responding to commands but with no postoperative recall or memory of the events.
* Memorization and recall. When patients can recall events postoperatively but were not necessarily conscious enough for responding to commands. It is also possible the incidence of a state with both responses in diverse degrees.

kato sa movie kay na paralyzed na iya whole body mao to abi sa mga surgeons nadutlan na sa anesthesia k nakatulog naman pero ngmata pa diay sya mentally...ma feel pa gud niya ang pghiwa sa siya chest, pgtusok2x ug uban pa...as in helpless jud kaau k iya mind cge call for help pero wala jud makadungog niya. whew!!
