DivX ro VCD conversion

Hi! I tried to burn one of my DivX files to a VCD format. but it seems that even though I choose to convert it to NTSC format, when I burn it using NERO it still has an output of a PAL resolution therefore the whole picture of the movie will not fit on my regular NTSC TV. does anyone here have any idea on how to burn an NTSC VCD from a DivX file. I am using the cucusoft avi-vcd converter pro to convert the file. to anyone who have some ideas, you are very welcome to share.
