Noob Questions and Suggestions. Mga master please help...

First of all, I'll be buying a PC by the END of the March. And my budget is about 60k(Peron 3 Month Installment lng ni) for a High-End Gaming CPU.

Some noob questions...
1. In PCx, they sell Corsair 2GB XMS DHX 800 for Php2810 and Transcend 2GB 800 ddr2 for Php1720.
My Mobo has 4 slots memory and i want it to go upto 8GB of memory.I'm just wondering which is FASTER and WORTH IT sa price?

2. Which is much faster (Overall Performance), the Core 2 Quad Q6600 or the Core 2 Duo E8400 ?

3. I want my CPU to be cool always 24/7(AFK Gaming). I saw and read about Water Cooling. Is it easy to install on the Processor and other places inside the CPU?

4. If taas ug Wattage and Power Supply nako bah, mas faster ba ang overall performance?

1. if not for tweaking, get Transcend 2GB 800 ddr2. if you'll be using a 64bit OS, then you can go as high as 8GB.
2. Core 2 Duo E8400 - todays application
Core 2 Quad Q6600 - tomorrows application
3. watercooling - expensive, a bit risky to install. need to be detailed when installing this.
4. Nope, ang sakto na question is branded ba o dili na PSU.

since u have a HUGE budget for this gaming PC then:
1. Get yourself OCZ SLi RAMs or GSkill's or Mushkin's, at least 4GB . If not then 8GB of Transcend wouln't be bad but u have to go for 64bit OS to utilize it. I don't know if your games will run on WinXP 64bit without issues..
2. Go for the Quads...next gen games will be able to take full advantage of the four cores...go for a good gaming videocard(s)
3. There are a lot of good aftermarket coolers(air) out there...personally i'll never bother with water cooling again...
4. STABLE psu is the word...go for the branded ones...read reviews first...Silverstone is a good one. The higher wattage u can afford the better(600W up)

basta i have a windows XP home SP2. unya ako mga duwaon nga games sa pagkakaron kay RF online. pero ag install sad nya ko ug mga high end games. crysis. XD

to be safe go for Transcend DDR2-800 2x2gb since WinXP man imo OS...Silverstone 600W up for a start kai basin mo buy ka highend vidcard later and Zalman cooler for your processor...

if you wont be overclocking...the transcend will serve you..but FYI. XP32 bit ONLY sees and utilizes 3.2++GB of ur 4GB RAM

i dont know if naa na ba daghan games for 64bit XP or VISTA Pro...but these OS will have you a taste of ur 8GB RAM

dont forget na ur a gaming class..u wud be preferring an SLI or CF to max out ur games..that will add up to ur cpower consumption..
ordinary 600 or 500w PSU will certainly burned out in no time at all.

u wud need it if wud slightly overclock ur C2Q6600..

and they are right.. for todays gaming..the 8400 wins..for future gaming that will utilize simultaneous multi threading of codes to run..the c2q6600 is the chip. but it is in the E8500 thats really where the game is..at stock speed.

but ...who needs E8500 when u can overclock ur c2q660 / e8400 with no sweat at all?

how would i know mn na 64bit ako OS. ako nahibaw.an ra jud kay windows XP home edition SP2.

ganahan lng ko mag butang ug zalman. d pasad ko mag OC ana PC. ako rana i OC after 6 months siguro kana ma feel nako nga hinay na ang PC. hehe.

then buy lng nya ko SLI motherboard.
