if u feel very itchy down there, consult your OB ASAP kay yeast mo-multiply og dali sa moist warm places and good example is your vagina. mahal mahal bya gyud ang vaginal suppository around 100 ph. Insert nimo sa deepest part of your vagina.
Never use undies nga wala naplantsa.

Yeast infection is fairly easy to treat. Now, there are ways to prevent getting another one in the future. Ask your OB, or just google it.

usually yeast infections occur before or after menstruation jud kay nag change ang pH sa imo external genitalia (from acidic to alkaline) mao na mo thrive ang yeast. ang usual medication ana is clotrimazole in vaginal tablet na siya. ask lang sa pharmacy. if you have good hygiene mawala ra na ang yeast infection and of course dapat your immune system is up and running. kay if not mosamot ang imo yeast infection. just wash your genitalia everyday. and if you use feminine wash, dilute it with water kay mao pud na ang maka irritate/aggravate sometimes. use the front-to-back technique in cleaning your genitals. and go visit your OB and have it checked. it helps also it air dry it,meaning especially when you are asleep (except when you have your menstruation) skip the undies (dont wear em) and then use cotton undies instead of silk or spandex coz it will give the yeast an ideal breeding ground.

just go to OB-GYN to be sure it's yeast. wa ta kahibaw ug naa ba uban problema. best diagnosed if you are examined jd. there are other problems that cause itching like trichomaonas. plus you have to treat your sexual partner pa. pa examine jd doctor

if the symptoms kay cottage cheese-like discharges nga DILI FOUL SMELLING and then there is itchiness unya nagflaking ang imo genitalia then it MAY BE yeast infection. if otherwise then dili na na yeast. sakto si rumar it is BEST if you consult an OB-GYN para sakto ang diagnosis. just in case, boost your immune system with Vitamin C and practice good feminine hygiene and use cotton undies.
