i don't know anyone in particular but i know Orthopedics specializes in cases like yours.. pa konsulta na bay before it worsens... also try a chiropractor

Regarding sports doctor, you can try and ask around. There are a lot of places where we could get suggestions and recommendations.
[1] Hospitals - Try to ask some of your doctors if they know one
[2] Gyms - Bigger gyms here in Cebu like Fitness First, Metrosports, and the like
[3] School varsities and if possible professional sports teams - This is the better choice for me because these teams will always have a specialist along with them that if you know somebody connected to these teams
yup, for me consult a doctor. their advice is for the long term good of the patient. maybe they will order you to rest kay they know further stress on your joint can cause permanent damage. hala, dili na nuon ka kalakaw much more to do gym kay irreversible na dqamage. am not scaring you pero consult m.d.
