if naa autoplay try this
1. go to command prompt and type the drive letter which u think is infected. i.e. c:
2. type dir /a
3. if you see autorun.ini then
4.type this, attrib -h -r -s -a autorun.ini
5.type del autorun.ini
repeat process no 2 and if u see any other suspicious files such as *.com,*.exe google it on the internet to see that file's info. if it says a malware or a vrius then repeat process 3 and 4 just change the name autorun.ini with the name of the file which you think is a malware or a virus.
