Lesson learned after going to the bank is never ever file for a loan no matter what!!! never make a loan ever!!!! the bank is earning big bucks just for the loan and you get to pay interests plus penalties plus service charge which is 5% sa principal plus stamps plus unsa pa tong mga chichiburichi didto....so conclusion: NEVER MAKE A LOAN SA BANK!!!!

i got my brandnew car from bpi...ok ra man...impas na man gani. hehehe
Our house and lot made it to 3banks...far east bank sa una, then ni adto(take-out) ug rural bank, then ni adto(another take-out) sa bpi.
Didto gyud siya ni settle sa BPI...impas na pud karon...hehehe

Making a LOAN is not bad even bisan pila pa ang interest as long you have the potential or knowledge how to make money on that loan that can pay for the interest you pay in the bank. Most business is coming from a LOAN in a bank.
