Curious lang ko....what are cebuano's biggest liability these days?

For me, it's my car. But I don't mind that liability.

ang amo kay ang among house and lot...grabeh ka mahal...makapobre...lesson learned: buy a smaller house para smaller bayranan!!!

most people think that their house is an asset...in fact IT IS A LIABILITY...it only becomes an asset if u do business at home or u sell it for a profit...otherwise it eats up money from your pocket bec. of maintenance and taxes...

i consider my house and lot as my biggest liability... 2nd ang car... wayok... usahay magka negative intawn ko.... anyway 2years nalang antos ang car... ang house and lot lang kay 25years.... toink...

pero its better than la jud koy nagahinan sa akong sweldo... and house and lot can turn out to be an asset in due time... (if mamalhin mig probinsya ... pwede raman paabangan..) heheheh

amo house and lot turned out to be 3x more expensive when we applied sa loan...grabeh imagine ra gud that all we paid for before is interest and penalty...kay we went mn to the bank and asked for a plan na dapat this year mapapas na tanan namong utang...grabeh lagi...puro interest interest interest...grabeh banko uy
