My video card wont work. Does the fan have something to do with it?

your videocard has a fan to help cool it down. if the fan is jammed then your card will become too hot to operate since the heat is not dispersed adequately. change/replace your fan before you damage your card.

butangi nalang alternative. ordinary nga 4" fan will do. tarunga lang ug install nga ma atubang sa heatsink(kanang aluminum nga murag hasang) sa imong videocard. lisod man jud na pangitaon ang fan sa mga videocard

Put some oil first, if its not working, you may buy a replacement fan at CDR-king, but if it was turned on too long, it may be dead already.
