2. SCENARIO


A. SCHEDULE of BIVOUAC

- 10 AM. Saturday APRIL 5, 08. Everyone will rendevou at DIANES STORE in Talamban. ( WE will proceed to the gamesite together )

- 12 NOON, Everyone should be there athe the site.

- 2 PM. Saturday APRIL 5, 08. - REGISTRATION AND BRIEFING, GAME STARTS.
(MISSION BRIEFING, SATURDAY APRIL 5, 08.)

- 8 AM. Sunday APRIL 6, 08. - END GAME - BUDLE FIGHT


B. BRIEF/REMINDERS for BIVOUAC

- MARSHALLS will check every 2 hrs. ( CAMP VISIT)

- EVERY CAMP has its own mission

- TRIP WIRES will be installed

- EACH CAMP will be given/provided with TRIP WIRES

- POINTS on mission if ACCOMPLISHED

- BOMB disposal

- RISK of CAMP being ATTACKED

- MISSION BASED, 3 missions for each camp(1 in the afternoon, 1 night mission, 1 midnight till morning mission)

- TEAMS have to meet for their mission briefing

- FIREPOWER will be DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY to all teams

- GO TO the camp when HIT, 5 mins. rest. LIFE UNLIMITED

- SET UR OWN PASSWORD

- BODY BODY SYSTEM

- NIGHT VISION GOOGLES are ADVISED

- RADIO COMMUNICATIONS is also ALLOWED

- PYROTECHNIQUES are not allowed

- RAIN OR SHINE game goes on


C. TERRAIN of BIVOUAC

- BUSH

- HILL ON ONE SIDE

- Mines ( natural mines are considered present )

- ELECTRICITY is on the NEUTRAL ZONE

- PARKING: there are designated parking lots, parking area is enclosed and guarded but with a fee of TEN (10) PESOS per Car for the whole event.

- MOTORPOOL IS ADVISED

- SIGNS will be PROVIDED to locate site



D. ADVICE for BIVOUAC


- MASK ON AT ALL TIMES!!!

- PLEASE BRING OFF LOTION

- PLEASE BRING A WHISTLE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

- 450 FPS

- 500 PHP for each PARTICIPANT

- NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS OR BEVERAGES, IT IS NOT ALLOWED!!!

- INTOXICATED PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO JOIN THE GAME
( special mention, teams : DEEP RECON, LTD, CAST and HAMMERHEAD please boys dont BRING BASU )



E. PROVISIONS for BIVOUAC


1. FOOD and DRINKS are PROVIDED
( let me be clear "DRINKS" are not alcoholic DRINKS or BEVERAGE )

- PORK will be provided, each team will cook their own, assign own cook

- PUSO will be provided

- COFFEE will be provided

- ENERGY DRINKS will be provided ( again DEEP RECON, not that kind of energy drink in mind )

- WATER will be provided

- please remind us ahead if u are a vegetarian or vegan or whatever you dont want to eat.
