@kim possible - yep, the husband is the father of the child, which is me. hehe. affidavit of paternity was also made during the filing of the certificate of live birth. my wife is working in davao na, while I am working in Manila. so we just wanna know how long it would normally take the processing of the legitimation by subsequent marriage kay igo lang mi mag-adto cebu for it and we are on a limited budget lang.

oks...lisod siguro to put a specific duration of time sa procedure. I dont think you even need lawyer kay e file man lang na sa civil registrar. YOu'll have to fill up a form lang.
