The tighter the memory timings get the faster it goes but there is no noticable gains/loss/
4-4-4-12 @ 800 == 5-5-5-15 @ 1066
Are you running on 1:1 timings ?
i see, thanks for the inputs Earls
1:1.2 timings ako gamit krn![]()
can your mboard read the EPP of your RAMs? if so then get the one where the Optimal Performance Profile=Yes is set...that's the best setting where your system is "in tune".
pls take time to read this...a good guide...

kanang CAS latencies are basically a measure of wait time in giving data into the mem/cpu bus...the lower the better...BUT provided that the data is there to be stream...kargado gyud the bottleneck is not on the bus but on the slower devices in your system like the HDD etc...bec. of this there is really no noticeable difference between C4 & C5 except maybe in SuperPI calc...
thanks for the information guys
