Another disturbing Virus! my Ancajas.exe (pls close coz double post)

Guys, the usb drive of my friend was infected by New Virus "my Ancajas.exe" and it comes with "my Ancajas folder", "ms-dos folder" and "autorun.inf" i've tried to search this on any search engine but i couldn't find any topic about this disturbing virus. and if im going to manually delete the file it will prompt me with "cannot delete ntldr. the device is not ready". i have also done using attrib and del command but still cannot delete... any advice is appreciated thanks..
