How to block a stolen cellphone?

Kahibaw mo unsaon pag block ug stolen cellphone? Naa nay nakasuway ani? kanang ma block ang phone nga dili na ta kinahanglan muadto sa NTC. Kanang mugamit ra tag lain cellphone to block a stolen cellphone. I've heard that this can be done but I think I don't know how. My phone was stolen and I want it to be blocked.

Naa man mga software karong sa celfon nga imo i install pero the best it can do is just send to you the new no. of the thief who install that fon but if the thief will hard reset the celfon then say goodbye to your unit.
