i think this is a good impeachment complaint. this is in fact good news!
even BayanMuna (a strong GMA critic) is endorsing it in due time...

The filing of Impeachment complaint of Mr. Lozano is a suspect for he had already done that before.
He pre-empted a lousy complaint so as to be junked for lack of merits....
