try using the button side of the phone or go to sound settings and adjust ur ring tone volume...

i tried it na.. pero it dosnt work.. asked samsung service center.. wala daw ko ma buhat na...

Hi.. im also using the same phone.. unlike the other cellphone brands, the samsung's SGH e250 is really different. the mssg alert tones and as well as its volume is already fixed as part of the phone's feature and we can't do anything about it..
